FLOW-BREATHE-CHILL

Join in for a community based class focused on yoga, breathwork, and an ice bath. You will move your body to open up areas of tightness and tension so that you feel grounded and ready to immerse yourself in breathwork. Through a sequence of breathwork techniques, you will gradually activate your nervous system so that you can tap into the edge of your comfort zone and gain clarity on what is holding you back. After a reflective savasana you have the opportunity to plunge in icy water! There is no better way to show up fully in the present moment than sitting in 34 degree water.

GROUND, ICE, AND GO

This session is a quickie version for anyone who wants the benefits of breath and ice without the full time commitment. Expect some light breathwork to get grounded and present, followed by a guided ice bath, and 15 minutes to warm up in the sunshine. You will leave feeling strong, energized and ready to conquer your day. This is a small group session limited to 5 people.

PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS

Whether you are looking to experience your first ice bath without an audience or have plunged before and just want to feel more comfortable, a 1:1 session will help you uncover what’s been holding you back while also empowering you to recognize your strengths. 1:1 coaching sessions can be customized to exactly what you want, they can include yoga, breathwork, and an ice bath - or just one or two of those.  After the ice bath you have the option to enjoy 15 minutes in the dry sauna to warm up.
